Who we are
House of Taylor Advisory is a strategic advisory practice based in Texas, United States, serving clients nationally. For questions about this policy or about information we hold, write to contact@houseoftayloradvisory.com.
What we collect
We collect only what a given interaction requires. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You request a free resource | First name and email address, plus which resource you requested. |
| You complete an engagement intake | Name, email, phone if you provide it, organization, website, and the answers you write about your situation, timeline, and goals. |
| You purchase a product or engagement | Payment is processed by Stripe or Gumroad. We receive confirmation of the transaction and your contact details. We never see or store your full card number. |
| You simply visit | Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. |
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you asked for, whether that is a PDF, a scope, or an engagement.
- To arrive at a first conversation already oriented, which is the entire point of the intake.
- To send occasional notes to people who asked for them. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of established providers. Each processes data only to deliver its service:
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments for engagements. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never passes through our systems.
- Gumroad processes purchases and delivery of digital products.
- Google Fonts serves typefaces, which involves a request from your browser to Google.
Beyond these, we disclose information only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- Intake submissions: three years from last contact, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Financial records: seven years, as tax rules require.
- Client work product: for the term of the engagement and a reasonable period after, per your agreement.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Write to contact@houseoftayloradvisory.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are a resident of a state or country with specific privacy rights, those rights apply to you and we will honor them regardless of where we are located.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics pixels. Stripe and Gumroad set cookies necessary to process payments and prevent fraud on their own checkout pages. If we add analytics in the future, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Part TwoSecurity
Our clients work in emergency medicine, behavioral health, public safety, and nonprofit services. That means the material handed to us is often more sensitive than a marketing brief, and it is treated accordingly.
How the site is protected
- All traffic is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate. There is no unencrypted version of this site.
- Form submissions are encrypted in transit and delivered to an access-controlled dashboard.
- Payment card data never reaches our infrastructure. Stripe and Gumroad handle it under their own PCI DSS obligations.
- Every form carries spam and bot filtering.
- This is a static site, which means there is no public login, no content management system, and no database exposed to the internet.
How engagements are protected
- Confidentiality by default. Client material is treated as confidential whether or not an agreement says so, and we sign yours if you have one.
- Least access. We ask for the narrowest access that will do the job, and prefer a shared folder to a login every time.
- Credential hygiene. Where a login is unavoidable, we ask for a named account we can hand back, never a shared password, and never one sent by email or text.
- Offboarding. At the close of an engagement we return or destroy working files on request and ask you to revoke any access we were granted.
- Consent and identity. On any project involving patients, clients, or survivors, releases and anonymity requirements are established before capture rather than sorted out in the edit.
- Multi-factor authentication is enabled on the accounts we use to run this practice.
What we do not claim. We are not SOC 2 certified, ISO 27001 certified, or independently audited, and we will not display a badge suggesting otherwise. We are a small practice, and we would rather state our actual controls than imply a program we do not run.
Protected health information
House of Taylor Advisory does not request, require, or intend to receive protected health information. Our work concerns positioning, systems, and communications rather than patient records or clinical data.
If an engagement would genuinely require access to PHI, tell us before it begins so a Business Associate Agreement can be executed first. Absent a signed BAA, please do not send patient identifiers, records, or clinical data through the forms on this site or by ordinary email. If you send them by accident, tell us and we will delete them and confirm in writing.
If something goes wrong
If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you without undue delay, describe what we know, explain what we are doing about it, and tell you what we recommend you do. We will not wait for certainty before telling you something happened.
To report a vulnerability in this site or a suspected security concern, write to contact@houseoftayloradvisory.com with "Security" in the subject line. Good-faith reports are welcome and will not be pursued legally.
Part ThreeTerms of Sale
Digital products
Products in the shop are delivered as immediate downloads. Because a file cannot be returned once delivered, sales are final. If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is not what the page described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it.
Products are licensed for use inside one organization. You may adapt, edit, and deploy them internally. You may not resell them, distribute them publicly, or repackage them as your own product.
Engagements
- Half is due at signing on projects and packages; standing engagements bill on the first of the month.
- Two revision rounds are included on every deliverable.
- Custom scoping is $350, credited in full against an engagement booked within thirty days.
- Ownership of finished work transfers to you on final payment.
- Either party may end a standing engagement with thirty days' written notice.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it, and anyone with an active engagement will be told directly.
This page describes our actual practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the specific agreement governing your engagement. Where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.
